    • Confidence to articulate a managerial co-creation process and influence others to understand the benefits

  • A one day course that explores the With By For approach to Artistic Co-Creation. Participants will learn:

    • A model for artistically developing, enabling agency and autonomy from stakeholder groups who are artistically creating the work

    • Understanding and applying Aims, Objectives, Ouputs and Outcomes to articulate the drivers and the weighting of process vs product

  • This one day course enables participants to explore the collaborative approach of making theatre work with Children and Young People.

    Particpants will learn:

    • How to plan a session using SMART objectives to evaluate the impact of your work

    • Tools and approaches to instil ownership, resilience and artistic decision making with participants

    • Activities to develop your approach to encouraging collaboration and co-creation with participants

  • This one day course equips the practitioner with an approach to directing and making work as an artist specialising in working with young people.

    Participants will learn:

    • How to realise a director's concept and articulate your creative approach to craft development

    • How to structure a rehearsal process to ensure positive impact and artistic development with participants

    • Ways of working with creative teams to realise the artistic vision
